Grew up in the Lansing Area. Upon Graduating High School, he Joined the United States Army as a Food Service Specialist. While enlisted, he completed his Chef Apprenticeship. After his enlistment was over, he attended Central Michigan University and received his degree in Hospitality Administration.
While in Mount Pleasant, he spent seven years at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort managing a wide variety of Restaurant concepts including Banquets, Buffets, Casual Fine Dining and Fine Dining.
Dan spent over a decade working for the Palace of Auburn Hills and DTE Energy Music Theater Managing Premium Dining and Private Club areas.
For the last five years, Dan has been with the Joe Vicari Restaurant group as the General Manager/Operator at Andiamo of Clarkston.
Dan is looking forward to being a big part of Flint’s revival and looking forward to serving you all at Sauce Italian American Kitchen, Simmer Rooftop Lounge and The Federal Coffee House!
