Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Join us in Simmer’s indoor bar for an intimate hour and a half themed event. Each theme will consist of 3 featured drinks and 2 themed food pairings. So gather up a group or reserve seats as a couple of spots and be ready to learn a little bit and have a great time! Seatings will happen at 5:30, 7:30.  The room will only accommodate around 12 people at a time, so make your reservations early!

*At 9:30 the bar will resume normal bar activity.
